Part of the order in the Bobo N Paws online store (www.bobonpaws.com) will be delivered by SF Express and other courier companies.
We accept Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) to be settlement/payment currency only. Goods in other currencies on our online store are for customer’s reference only.
We currently ship to Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) only. We do not provide service to Macau, Mainland China, Taiwan & overseas at present.
Delivery Fee (HKSAR)
Free shipping to both Hong Kong local residential and commercial addresses on single purchase over HK$300 in Bobo N Paws online store (www.bobonpaws.com). If the order amount is less than HK$300 (after redeeming credits / points /coupons / applying discounts etc) for a single purchase, HK$80 of the standard shipping fee will be charged when placing the order.
Customers can choose self-pick up at SF Express stores or EF lockers when placing the order, however please note that self-pickup at SF Express stores or EF lockers may not be available for some larger items. For that case, extra shipping fee will be charged (ie we have to re-arrange the delivery by SF Express to you and additional HK$80 of shipping fee will be charged).
Shipping & Delivery
An order can be delivered to one address only. The delivery address cannot be a postal box number or hotel address. Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer when placing their order. Please provide a correct and detailed delivery address, contact person name and contact phone number. If the goods being delivered to a wrong address or wrong recipient due to wrong information provided by the customer, all losses and/or any expenses incurred shall be borne by the customer. We are not in position to responsible for and are not in position to bear any losses and/or expenses incurred under any circumstances.
If the goods are returned to our company due to insufficient address, recipient refusal, unsuccessful delivery attempts, customer’s personal reasons, or providing only a postal box number or hotel address, or other reasons, the order will be classified as an 'undeliverable order.' We will notify you via email regarding the matter. In such cases, we will refund you after deducting the costs (including but not limited to the shipping fee, packing & material fee, administration fee & handling charges). Please note that we are unable to re-deliver the goods for 'undeliverable orders,' but we welcome you to make another purchase of our products online.
In-Stock items :
The package will be prepared promptly once the order is confirmed. Generally, the package will be delivered to the courier company within 1-5 working days after the order is confirmed. And delivered to the destination within 2-3 working days by courier company. Most orders will have arrived within 3-8 working days*
*If the customers fail to receive the package within 8 working days after the package is shipped, please do not hesitate to contact us.
*working days are : Mon - Fri : 11am - 18pm (Saturday, Sunday & public holidays excluded )
Orders may require an additional 1-2 working days for delivery due to overwhelming response and / or public holidays.
Pre-Order items:
Some of our items are 'Pre-Order' items, the package will be prepared within 3-7 working days after the order is confirmed & prepaid. Then the package will be delivered to the courier company within 1-3 working days and delivered to the destination within 2-3 working days by courier company .
100% prepayment is required for both in-stock items & pre-order items.
Out of Stock / Insufficient Stock / Discontinued Items
Bobo N Paws Limited will do its best to ensure an adequate supply of products. If there is a shortage / insufficient stock of the item after the order is placed, we shall re-stock the item as soon as possible. The package will be delivered to the courier company within 1-5 working days after the item is re-stocked .
If there is a discontinued item after the order is placed, will arrange a refund of the relevant item to the customer’s credit card within 10 working days.
Force Majeure
When No. 8 or above Typhoon Signal is hoisted and/or Black Rain Storm Warning Signal is in force, it will be a non-business day. The delivery of the package to the courier company will be delayed to the next working day after the signal(s) was/were being cancelled / lowered.
Bobo N Paws Limited reserves the right to amend the delivery policy anytime without prior notice.
In case of any dispute, the decision of Bobo N Paws Limited shall be final and binding.
